Our prices are per apartment and day for 2 persons at a minimum stay of 7 days. Persons aged 14 years and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2,50 per person per day. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

General information
Reservations and bookings
Reservations and bookings are only valid for us if a deposit of 30% of the total price is received. This is possible by sending a non-transferable check or a transfer to our bank account.

Arrival and departure
The apartment will be ready at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, on the day of departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment at 9.30 a.m.

Cancellation polices in accordance with Art. 1382 ZGB
There is not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdrawn from the contract under the following conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
